On May 21^st, 2010, Zhejiang Narada Grand Hotel held a grand celebration rally for winning “Golden Star Award of China Hotels” at the International Conference Hall.

General Manager Madame Pan Wei of Zhejiang Narada Grand Hotel notified the good news that the hotel had won “Golden Star Award of China Hotels”, expressed hearty thanks to all members for their endeavors and support and addressed some hope and requirements on the next stage work for the hotel: firstly, the hotel will receive the challenge of Hangzhou City “Top Ten Star Hotels” at one fling; secondly, the hotel will proactively carry out subject activities to create the quality upgrade atmosphere and thirdly, it is required that all the staff clear off critical problems existing in the hotel quality and keep upgrading the service quality.

On the celebration rally field, special interviews were made on employees about the topics in terms of marketing development, service upgrade and trying to become one of Hangzhou City “Top Ten Star Hotels” etc., employees participated actively, expressed their own opinions and revealed many wonderful ideas.   

In order to thank the endeavors and contributions made by all staff, a luck draw was specially designed at the rally, leading the celebration rally to the upsurge.
