The 5th International Conference of Destination Management was held ceremoniously at Zhejiang Narada Grand Hotel on September 21^st, 2009 morning. Mayor Cai Qi of Hangzhou City, CEO Gregory A Duffell of Pacific Asia Travel Association, the acting secretary general and the chief operation officer Eulogio Younis of World Tourism Organization and Deputy Director Du Jiang of China State Tourism Administration addressed in line, Deputy Mayor Zhang Jianting together with those specialists from the world tourism organizations of Egypt, Australia, Malaysia, France etc. and PATA Strategy Research Center delivered speeches too.

This is the top international conference of tourism industry undertaken by Hangzhou City and has also been held in China for the first time.
