Upgrade Management Attainment Accelerate Advance Steps----The 2nd Management Talents Echelon Training Program of Zhejiang Narada Grand Hotel
On August 8th, 2009, General Manager Madame Pan Wei of Zhejiang Narada Grand Hotel had a rich and vivid class titled as Professional Attainment of Hotel Intermediate Management at Harvest Room of the hotel for trainees at all levels including managers, supervisors, foremen, MT-2 trainees and backbone employees.
Based on her hotel management experience for many years, General Manager Pan made analysis on how to become a qualified intermediate management from three aspects as “the role recognition of intermediate management”, “the professional attainment of intermediate management” and “the transcendence doctrine of intermediate management” , and made higher requirements on transforming the role of excellent intermediate management, training efficient communication ability, training highly efficient team building ability, building nice executive force and building the first rate solution ability on problems etc. to the present existing intermediate management and all trainees of the hotel.
The trainees attended the course also had open dialogues and made in-depth thinking over relevant issues according to their own work experience, so the entire training was conducted in relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
