Exhibition & Convention Center

The World Trade International Exhibition & Convention Hall is spacious and bright with a full range of facilities. The phase I exhibition hall is standing in the middle of the whole mansion; there are four floors over the ground with an exhibition area of 10,000m2 in total while the basement F1 is the exclusive warehouse for exhibition & convention. The exhibition & convention hall is equipped with stairs, escalators, sightseeing elevators and upright cargo lifts, so it is convenient and smooth for people flow and cargo traffic and is suitable for large size exhibition & convention, trade fairs and cultural exchange activities. With very advantageous day lighting conditions, the exhibition & convention hall has a full range of communication facilities, and it is able to have direct IDD, DDD dial at each booth. The outdoor plaza of the exhibition & convention hall is very capacious and can be utilized as a supplementary exhibition venue.

The phase II exhibition & convention hall is standing on the ground and second floors of the hotel rear stall, covering an area of 9,000m2. Equipped with escalators and upright goods lifts, it is also very smooth and convenient for people flow and cargo traffic; the adequate general purpose electrical interface and computer interface facilitate the exhibition & convention operation and performance; the computer controlled central air-conditioning system with automatic adjustable air flow rate, the 24-hour automatic monitoring safety guard and fire control systems, the advanced closed-circuit TV and sound system and the direct DDD dial calls that reach each corner worldwide at the booths enable the hotel exhibition & convention function get greatly reinforced and reach perfect.

• To assist and acquire relevant approval procedures, obtain support, plans from the organizers and relevant colleges and universities, have propaganda, sell booths and organize consumers etc.

• To provide water, power, lamp, air conditioner and heater, install telephones inside booths, in charge of the sweeping and environment cleanness, and safety guard.
• The Business Center is to provide service such as IDD, DDD telephone calls, fax, printing and copy etc.
